We also like to experience your office culture to ensure we not only match you with the candidates to your exacting skill set, but that they have the personality to fit the environment of your organisation.
Don’t have a role specification? No problem! Having met with you and discussed your requirements in depth, we can assist you with this. We will even assist with salary benchmarking with the wider market so you will only see candidates we know you will have difficulty choosing from!

We are required by law to verify that any of your qualifications listed on your CV are accurate and we will ask you to bring evidence of these.
If you are in UK on a working visa we will check your work status, but please advise us as soon as possible if there are any limitations on your right to work.
Candidates registering with us for Temp work will be required to provide contact details for two referees and references will be taken up by AJK Recruitment. Please inform your referees that you have passed on their details to assist us in obtaining completed references quickly. This will in turn ensure that you are out working as soon as possible.
AJK Recruitment does not work on a basis of candidate ownership so once you are registered with us, you can be contacted by anyone on the team to discuss roles. If you see any positions you are interested and wold like to apply, contact us as we endeavour to have a fast turnaround and respond to you within 48hrs via email or phone.
When running new roles past candidates, we believe imparting as much information as possible to you so that you can make an informal choice about whether you want to be considered for a position or not. Once you indicate that you would like your CV to be sent across for a role, then we ask you to attend any interview either by initial skype or in person. At any time, you would like to withdraw please let us know soonest so we can endeavour to post this opportunity to another candidate.
Throughout our interview process, we believe in providing honest feedback to candidates from our clients and we ask that candidates keep us abreast of their situation including any interviews that are progressing through to further stages elsewhere.
